Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll gladly make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:

Contact us at abideadorn@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item.

Include your order number and a clear photo of the fault or damage.

Please keep the original packaging if damage occurred during shipping.
If a replacement is available, it will be sent at no extra cost. If not, a refund may be issued.
Incorrect Orders
Received the wrong item or something missing?
Please contact us at abideadorn@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Note: Some items may be sent separately, so please check your fulfilment emails first.
Out of Stock Items
In the rare case we can’t fulfil your order due to low stock, we’ll be in touch within 2-4 days to offer you a:

Replacement,

Store credit, or

Full refund.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order as we will not replace these items once they are shipped.
Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition that it arrived in.
How to Return an Item
If your return is approved:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Use the return label provided or email us for return instructions.

Post the item back to us at your own cost (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days once the item is received and inspected.
